I will be unavailable from December 21st until January 10th and have provided a list of useful contact information for various organisations below.

I am taking a short break away from technology and work to enjoy being with family and immerse myself in the places I love best. Again I am opting to miss out on wider family events and times with lots of friends, keeping safety a priority. Instead me and my wetsuit will find places to see from different prospectives - followed by lots of hot tea and cake.

As we say goodbye to all 2023 has brought us, individually and as a community, my wish for you is love and laughter in your lives bringing peace and joy to your hearts.

From our house to you….
Much love
Alison @ Blueheart Counselling
